Once the contract is signed. You are committing to pay each month or all upfront. Anytime, you would like to break out of your contract you will have to pay a "pull-out of the service fee", which is stated in the contract. Failure to pay will result in legal action.

 

For Products

Alex Nicole Studio currently DOES NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an EXCHANGE or studio credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@alexnicolestudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Alex Nicole Studio without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
